Join Energia Groups Technology & Innovation team as a PMO Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving successful project delivery across a dynamic IT portfolio. This position supports the PMO Manager in ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement within the Project Management Office. What you'll need Proven experience in a project-based role, ideally within a structured delivery environment. Strong IT proficiency, with advanced skills across Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Planview. Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. High level of initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in drafting, updating, and maintaining policy and procedural documentation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
