Overview
We are supporting a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Mansfield looking to recruit a Paralegal to join their busy and growing team.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Conveyancer with all aspects of residential property conveyancing matters
* Communicate effectively with clients by telephone and email, handling enquiries professionally
* Prepare and submit SDLT returns and HM Land Registry applications
* Review title documents, prepare contract packs and supporting documentation
* Maintain accurate records, files, accounts and general administrative tasks
Skills & Experience
* Either experience in a similar legal role or a law degree
* Proficient IT skills particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
* Previous experience supporting fee earners on residential property matters is desirable
