An opportunity has arisen for a Fleet Administrator to join a growing business in Dunstable.

A salary of £25,500 per annum, with yearly appraisals
20 days holiday (increasing with service) plus bank holidays
The opportunity to complete training courses (after probation)
What you’ll be doing as Fleet Administrator:
Completing fuel cards
Answering fuel queries
POs/invoicing
Booking services & MOTs
Arranging defect repairs
Answering phone calls to assist with breakdowns etc
What we’re looking for in a Fleet Administrator:
Strong IT Skills, specifically Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills
The ability to analyse and solve problems
Good organisation skills with an eye for detail
Flexible and adaptable attitude
Must be able to work on own initiative
Must be able to work well in a team
Ideally, you will have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, but this can be trained.
Ideal start date: 30th March 2026.
