IT Infrastructure AnalystLocation: Borehamwood, HertfordshireSalary: £32,000 - £38,000 + bonus + benefitsReporting to: IT Infrastructure ManagerCapstone have partnered with a leading international Storage Solutions provider, who are looking for an ambitious and highly diligent IT Infrastructure Analyst to join their dynamic team. The main purpose of the role is to optimise and improve their systems and infrastructure through maintenance and support. The role supports the IT team in delivering excellent 2nd and 3rd line support to over 600 users across 170 stores and Head Offices in the UK and Europe. This is based in our North London Head Office with some possible European travel.Key AccountabilitiesSystems maintenance - Implements and maintains all software and hardware deployed in stores and head office in order that all systems run smoothly and efficiently.
