The Role
As a HLTA working through Academics, you will:
* Deliver planned lessons to whole classes in the absence of the teacher.
* Provide targeted intervention and support for individuals and small groups.
* Assist in planning, preparing, and assessing learning activities.
* Promote positive behaviour and create an inclusive, engaging classroom environment.
* Work closely with teachers, parents, and the wider school community to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
About You
To be considered for this HLTA position, you should have:
* HLTA status or equivalent relevant qualification/experience.
* Proven experience supporting learning across the primary phase.
* Confidence to deliver lessons and manage whole classes.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach.
