Job Opportunity: Residential Support Worker (FEMALE ONLY)
Salary: £26,000-£27,200 + Sleep-in shifts (£70 per night, approx. Contract Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
NVQ Level 3 in Residential Child Care (Essential)
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Residential Child Care
Full UK Driving Licence - Manual (Required)

Promote the safety and wellbeing of every young person, meeting their care, educational, emotional, social, cultural, therapeutic, and health needs.
Provide consistent supervision and maintain appropriate boundaries and control.
Work collaboratively with families, carers, and professionals to advocate for each child's best interests.
Work across a flexible rota including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, public holidays, and overnight stays.
