About the Role:
* Deliver dynamic and engaging Music lessons across Key Stages 3-5.
* Plan and direct school performances, fostering student involvement in all aspects of music.
* Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to inspire creativity and musical skills.
* Assess student progress through performances, presentations, and written work.
* Contribute to the development of the Music curriculum and participate in departmental planning.
Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Music or Music Performance.
* Experience teaching Music to A-Level, with a focus on both practical and theoretical aspects of the subject.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and performance skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
