Daytime Healthcare are assisting a Children's Home in Gloucester who are looking for a Registered Manager to join the team. You will be the Registered Manager for a children’s home, overseeing a safe and nurturing environment for young people with emotional and behavioural or learning difficulty support needs. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or Registered Manager who is looking for their next leadership challenge in a setting focused on positive outcomes. You will be supported by both an Assistant Manager and a Deputy Manager who both work full time supernumerary on site and will lead a team of directly employed staff. Experience: If you have at least 2 years of experience in the childrens residential care sector within the last 5 years and have held a leadership position as either a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager we would love to hear from you.
