About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Product Manager to lead the development, positioning, and growth of the Oxford Test of English—one of our flagship assessment products. Responsible for the full product lifecycle, you’ll define the product vision and roadmap, lead market research and opportunity testing, and use data-driven insights to inform investment decisions. You’ll manage a clear pipeline of product enhancements, monitor performance against KPIs, and ensure strong product-market fit through close collaboration with Marketing, Growth, and other internal teams. This hands-on role requires strong commercial judgement, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results across cross-functional teams.
As the main internal point of contact for the product, you’ll assess opportunities, prioritise initiatives, and work closely with Digital Product, Technology, and other stakeholders to bring them to life. You’ll ensure the product complies with regulatory, security, and quality standards, while maintaining a deep understanding of market needs and customer expectations. Your ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and maintain a sharp focus on learner outcomes will be key to delivering an excellent customer experience, sustaining competitive advantage, and achieving revenue and growth targets.
We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
