Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive
Brighton - Sussex (Full-Time, Permanent) Hybrid
An established and forward-thinking law firm in Brighton is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding team. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with NQ PQE upwards who thrives in a busy, client-focused environment.
Role Highlights
\n- Manage a caseload of 15–20 new residential conveyancing files monthly
- Handle both freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions
- Work on remortgages and transfers of equity
- Exposure to New Build and Shared Ownership work is desirable but not essential

About you
\n- Proven experience in residential conveyancing with strong technical skills
- Is an excellent communicator, able to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues
- Is commercially minded and confident supporting business development initiatives
- Brings a proactive and organised approach to workload management
