Responsibilities
- Supporting the team with baking our hand‑crafted artisan breads
- Loading and unloading bread from ovens safely and efficiently
- Monitoring baking times and temperatures to ensure top‑quality products
- Learning to identify when products are baked to perfection
- Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Keeping your workspace organised and assisting with cleaning routines
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
Qualifications
- Passionate about baking and eager to grow your skills
- Comfortable working in a warm, fast‑paced production environment
- Detail‑oriented and take pride in getting things just right
- A reliable team player who's always ready to lend a hand
- Flexible with shifts and happy to work early mornings or nights
- Someone with bakery experience
