This is a desk with real momentum behind it.What You'll Actually Be DoingRunning a full 360 desk - business development, candidate sourcing, and placementsBuilding relationships with construction clients across IrelandIdentifying and placing quality candidates at all levels, from site to senior managementGrowing your client base through proactive outreach and networkingWhat We're Offering£30,000 £50,000+ OTE in Year 1 - uncapped commission, no ceiling on earningsShort Fridays - Monday to Thursday finish at 4:30, Friday at 3:3035 days holiday - well above the normEnhanced pension - above industry standard contributionsA small, high-performing team where your results are visible and rewardedWho We WantYou've worked in recruitment, sales, or business development and you know how to open doors and close deals.
