GBR Recruitment is proud to work exclusively with a global, market-leading e-commerce business, recruiting an experienced 360-degree marketing professional to join as a Marketing Coordinator. This role involves content production, marketing activity coordination, and marketing administration duties.
This is a hybrid role, working 3 days in the Central MK office and 2 days from home.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be a key part of a motivated marketing team, supporting various marketing projects that engage customers and support the European sales team with marketing literature and product guides.
Your responsibilities include preparing new product guides, updating current product ranges, organizing updates and reviews of printed and online marketing materials, supporting promotions, product launches, and other initiatives. You will also plan, localize, and create new sales materials and literature.
You will work closely with multilingual content writers to upload pre-written content and produce marketing content for numerous European websites in different languages. An understanding of the nuances of language and the importance of accurate copy is essential, though speaking additional languages is not required.
Duties
* Coordinate marketing activities and ensure all collateral is accurate and on brand.
* Copy editing, copywriting, and proofreading.
* Maintain and organize product library and sales materials across multiple countries.
* Support updates and development of marketing materials.
* Collaborate with designers to ensure content tone and style are consistent.
* Review marketing materials across various media for accuracy and consistency.
* Review PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, and videos.
* Assist with product updates, amendments, and new product releases.
* Work with the Senior Translation Specialist on translated materials.
* Create original content periodically.
* Manage web-based project platforms.
Experience
* Experience in marketing administration and coordination.
* Proficiency in copy editing, writing, and proofreading.
* Marketing qualification.
* Experience with web-based project platforms.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
* Experience with both digital and traditional marketing formats.
