This role would suit a skilled Centreless Grinder with experience setting and operating manual grinding machinery who is confident working from engineering drawings and manufacturing precision aerospace components to tight tolerances.
The Role
* Set and operate Centreless Grinding machinery
* Work with Wickman Scrivener, Ghiringhelli, Cincinnati or Tschadun grinders
* Support second-operation machinery including deburring, marking and inspection processes
* Carry out first-off inspections and in-process quality checks
* Manufacture precision aerospace components to tight tolerances
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
The Person
* Centreless Grinder / Grinder Setter / Grinder Operator background
* Aerospace or precision engineering manufacturing experience
* Experience setting and operating manual Centreless Grinding machinery
