Job Description
* Job title: e - commerce coordinator
* Job Type: Permanent
* Location: Ellesmere Port - Head Office, Based On-site
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week
* Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 pa DOE
Overview of the role:
* To support the launch, development and administration of a new e-commerce site within SGS
* Facilitate conversation with customers having queries, managing them and ensuring the correct action is taken
* To liaise with different business lines, commercial teams and internal stakeholders across the organisation to gather, validate and maintain accurate product information
* Analyse sales data, customer and market trends to make data-driven recommendations
* Work closely with marketing teams to enhance the online shopping experience.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has previous experience working in an e-commerce or digital marketing space.
You will also have all of the following:
* Degree within a Business or Digital Marketing field
* Experience within an using cloud based e-commerce platforms
* Dealing with internal and external stakeholders
* Full Driving license for use in the UK
