Cambridge based hybrid role
We are looking for an experienced account manager with a media sales background to develop and grow advertising and sponsorship revenue across print, digital, sponsorship, exhibition, and web advertising.
You would be joining a creative, innovative and passionate media team, with a legacy of producing outstanding content, leading to unrivalled client outcomes, fostering long-lasting relationships between clients and audience and build communities around brands and organisations.
Key responsibilities:
* Developing and growing advertising and sponsorship revenues to achieve financial targets
* Building and managing long-term relationships with clients
* Managing and developing advertiser/sponsor accounts to achieve revenue targets
* Developing and following sales plans to ensure achievement of client goals and objectives
* Representing the business at events and visits to clients and potential advertisers
* Building and maintaining effective relationships with all relevant internal departments such as production, publishing, finance & editorial
* Maintaining accurate records and effective administration
* Manage the administrative process to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
* Ability to work cross functionally across departments
