Fidarsi are partnering exclusively with an award winning Bank to hire a talented Head of HR. The Head of HR Services role will play a key role in shaping the business strategy and leading the HR function to new heights.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR services, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, HR Analytics, HR Operations, and Payroll. Leading a diverse team across multiple locations in the UK and offshore in India.
The successful candidate will drive strategic initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing talent acquisition, managing sensitive employee issues, leveraging AI, optimizing organisational effectiveness, and implementing location strategies.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Recruitment Excellence: Enhance recruitment strategies with a focus on technology recruitment, leveraging innovative technologies and AI-driven solutions to attract top talent.
* Employee Relations: Develop and implement employee relations strategies to foster a positive work environment and resolve workplace issues effectively.
* HR Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and decision-making, driving improvements in employee engagement, retention, and performance.
* HR Operations: Oversee HR operational activities, including policy development, compliance, HRIS management, and employee lifecycle processes.
* Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with regulations, and alignment with organisational objectives.
* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence.
* Project Management: Drive various HR projects related to organisational change, location strategy, and process optimization, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with business objectives.
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
* Extensive experience in HR strategy and operations
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and governance principles
* Has worked within a FCA regulated business.
* Proven technology recruitment experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
