Responsibilities
- Taking full ownership of service delivery, quality and continuous improvement
- Developing and embedding effective systems and processes
- Supporting staff to deliver professional, flexible and personalised care
- Working collaboratively with relevant governing bodies and partners
- Contributing to service development and new business opportunities
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and quality standards
Qualifications
- Hold a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care, or be willing to work towards it
- Have experience supporting adults with a range of disabilities and support needs
- Be confident leading teams and driving service quality
