On Street Supervisor

Shift Pattern
* Any 5 out of 7 days
* 42.5 hours per week
* Monday to Sunday rota - Some bank holiday working may be required, although deployment is usually minimal on bank holidays
Shift Times
* Start times typically between 6:30am and 9:30am
What you will be doing
You will work with the managers to supervise and coordinate the team ensuring the service is fully operational on a day-to-day basis.
* Leading,supportingand rostering theCivil Enforcement Officers team
* Carrying out daily briefings
* Leading by example
* Dealing with escalated queries from team colleagues and members of the public
* Patrolling public car parks and streets, issuing tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles
What we are looking for
* Previous supervisory or team-leading experience as a Civil Enforcement Officer (CEO).
* Excellentcommunicationskills
* Experience of working with Microsoft Office
* Customer-focused
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Ability toworkflexible hoursincluding evenings and weekends
* Full UK Driving Licence (desirable)
