Is this the role for you: Are you looking for a new and exciting Facilities Manager role based in London near Bank station? We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client a well established Financial company for a facilities Manager.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate with consultants, staff, and contractors to serve the building's owners and occupants.
* Oversee daily operations, managing a team of client and contract managers.
* Collaborate with the Facility Director and Landlord’s management team to design and execute facilities strategies.
* Assist with site documentation, budget management, and health and safety compliance.
* Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee tenant moves and refurbishment projects.
* Represent the building and its owners professionally, ensuring a five-star service experience for tenants and visitors.
* Be on-call to handle emergencies outside regular hours.
