Cleaning operatives, Permanent: Imperial Cleaning Services have an exciting opportunity in Alresford for a hardworking, enthusiastic Team leader to join a friendly team in a Secondary School environment. The ideal candidate will have previous Team leader experience (however training will be provided) and will be passionate about their work with a keen eye for detail. Location: Pound Hill Alresford
Hours: 20 hour vacancy,
15:00pm- 19:00pm Monday-Friday
All vacancies term time only with 4 weeks deep cleaning over the academic year (outside of term time)
Rate of Pay £15.50 per hour
DBS Required: Yes (imperial are able to assist with this) Key Responsibilities include: -
Will be required to manage team and complete audits to ensure cleaning completed to a high standard. Order stock.
Have the ability to undertake a range of manual cleaning activities, including: Surface cleaning. including furnishings, fixtures and fittings -Cleaning floors, including sweeping. mopping. vacuuming and polishing Cleaning washroom areas, including toilets sinks etc. -Replenish customer supplies,ie. toilet roll. -Clearing and removing rubbish. Job Type: Permanent Salary: £15.50 per hour Work Location: In person Qualifications: - Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services and team management preferred.
Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks - Ability to work independently and follow instructions - Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects.
Ordering stock, managing staff rotas and holidays.
Reporting to Operations Manager.
