CE Global Partners, a leading payroll outsourcing specialist, is seeking a Workday Payroll Manager to support clients with UK Payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
* Maintain compliance with all payroll and tax laws.
* Manage relationships with external payroll vendors, employees, and benefit providers.
* Oversee system upgrades, implementations, and technology selection.
* Manage client relationships up to CHRO and HR Director levels.
* Handle commission and bonus calculations.
* Provide advice on technical payroll requirements, including benefits and statutory payments.
* Assist the Finance team with payroll reporting.
* Collaborate with HR to resolve queries promptly.
* Manage payroll governance and variance control.
* Implement new payroll controls and governance measures.
* Upskill payroll administrators to maximize system and team efficiency.
Experience with the Workday Payroll module is essential.
