RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the primary point of contact for client account management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Promote company products to clients, staying informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Identify opportunities for new products or product enhancements through customer feedback. Place purchase orders, update stock systems, and manage administrative tasks. Support additional tasks as needed to meet business requirements.
