Job Overview
You will act as the strategic IT interface into the People Group to improve the understanding and alignment of IT solutions to business objectives and help deliver their IT roadmap.
You will own the business engagement representing Enterprise IT, aligning strategy and roadmaps, change and operational work, to ensure maximum value to the business.
This role requires a blend of strategic acumen and operational excellence, with a focus on fostering strong business relationships and driving technology initiatives that support the business's strategic goals.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the main point of contact between IT and the business, ensuring that IT services and projects align to their priorities.
* You will help drive the roadmaps that are fed into an overall delivery pipeline, coordinating the delivery of key initiatives, including major operational issues through our Business Apps delivery teams.
* Own portfolio & service delivery and help drive prioritisation of work to deliver the best business value
* Effectively communicate EIT Service delivery status regularly (delivery to operations)
* Utilise incidents, problem, & request management processes to drive continuous service improvement for their business groups
* Ensure service continuity by effectively managing and communicating major incidents
* Support change management and service assurance processes, ensuring that system changes are smoothly transitioned, communicated and adopted by the business.
* Evaluate reporting on the performance of IT services, ensuring they meet the performance standards required by business operations and prioritise continuous improvement to drive excellent customer experience.
Required Skills And Experience
* Demonstrated ability to build rapport and credibility with stakeholders at all levels
* Highly skilled in negotiating and solving problems to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes at senior levels.
* Strong analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail, enabling effective decision-making and problem-solving!
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong presentation capabilities.
* Proven ability to maintain and enhance credibility within the business community through effective relationship management and domain expertise.

* Experience in delivering projects on SAP Employee Central, ServiceNow, Digital Platforms or other related systems!
