The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs, work processes, and final outputs of the Image team.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week
Description
This role involves overseeing 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching projects, requiring a dedicated point of contact for each specialist area. The ideal candidate is highly organized, methodical, with strong communication skills, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
The role demands high competency in project management, multitasking, and meeting diverse deadlines and requirements. Effective planning, record-keeping, proactive organization based on business priorities, and clear communication with clients and internal teams are essential. Regular updates to Team Leaders and Heads of Art on project status are expected.
Accountabilities
* Take briefs from various business areas, plan, and oversee the delivery of all image assets.
* Build positive relationships within the team to foster an expert environment.
* Understand client challenges to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Contribute to team strategy and planning discussions.
* Maintain communication with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development.
* Assess the feasibility of creative briefs based on requirements, time, and resources.
* Gain thorough knowledge of client systems, review, and production processes.
* Ensure projects progress on time and within budget, maintaining daily job status updates.
* Keep team members informed about project statuses.
* Motivate team members during high-pressure periods.
* Ensure briefs are detailed and accurate.
* Collaborate with brief owners to ensure asset availability.
* Act as the communication link between the Image team and other departments.
* Manage accounts system, including raising POs for outsourced or freelance work.
* Secure approval for estimates before starting work.
* Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
Skills
Requires 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably within a CG or Photography environment. An interest in CG and photography is beneficial. Willingness to learn team software to improve understanding and confidence is encouraged. Personal qualities include decision-making ability, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, proactivity, and a positive attitude.
