Job Description
* Develop and manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media
* Conduct keyword research and manage negative keyword lists to improve targeting
* Write and test compelling copy, headlines, and CTA's collaborate on ad creatives and landing pages
* Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards, track metrics
* Optimise bids, budgets and pacing
* Perform A/B testing and drive continuous improvement through data driven insights
* Report regularly providing recommendations to stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
A successful Paid Search Executive (Candidate Generation) should have:
* 1 - 3 years of experience managing PPC campaigns in an in-house or agency setting
* Proficiency with Google Ads (Bing Ads, Meta ADS, Google Analytics etc...)
* Strong analytical mindset. proficient in data analysis and Excel
* Excellent copywriting and attention to detail
* Fast learner and able to thrive in a collaborative fast paced environment
