Key Duties
* Work with leading hearing care technology to ensure optimal patient outcomes and exceed customer service expectations.
* Operate with a high degree of autonomy within a customer care-focused leadership team, maintaining professionalism when working with a predominantly elderly client base.
* This is a Monday-Friday role, working from 9am to 5:30pm, mid-week only.
* Maintain the employer's reputation as a preferred hearing care provider.
* Offer tailored hearing care solutions and provide exceptional after-care services.

Key Skills, Qualifications, and Client Requirements
* Demonstrate empathy and enjoy working in the field, with confidence to work independently after thorough induction.
* Must be flexible to travel approximately one hour or 50 miles in any direction from Hackney, providing services in South East London.
* Possess the right to work in the UK.
* Must be registered with the HCPC as a Hearing Aid Dispenser or be fully eligible to register.
* Hold a full UK driving licence.
