Senior Tractor Driver Location: West Midlands A well-established, progressive farming business is seeking an experienced Senior Tractor Driver to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled operator to work with modern, well-maintained machinery in a professional farming environment. Key Responsibilities Operating tractors and farm machinery to a high standard Carrying out spraying operations in line with safety regulations Accurate field work using RTK GPS guidance systems Daily machinery checks and basic maintenance Working closely with farm management to ensure smooth operations Requirements Proven experience as a senior-level tractor driver Valid spraying certificates (PA1 / PA2 or equivalent) Experience using RTK GPS systems Strong attention to detail and a responsible approach to machinery Ability to work independently and as part of a team What’s on Offer Accommodation provided Work with new tractors and modern equipment Salary: DOE (depends on experience) Supportive and professional working environment
