Your new role
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to take a lead role in pricing CAT A & B fit-out projects from early feasibility through to final tender submission. You will work closely with senior management, commercial teams, and delivery teams to produce accurate, competitive estimates and support the continued growth of the business.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing detailed cost estimates for CAT A & B commercial fit-out projects
2. Managing the full tender process from initial enquiry through to submission
3. Reviewing drawings, specifications, and employer's requirements to assess scope and risk
4. Producing take-offs and building up rates using first principles where required
5. Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations
