Exciting Opportunity for a Nursery Practitioner in Telford Are you a passionate and qualified Nursery Practitioner looking for your next role? Flourish Education is currently recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming, Ofsted-rated "Good" Nursery school in Telford. This is a part-time position, working three days per week starting in September 2025 until Christmas, offering an excellent work-life balance in a nurturing and child-focused environment. You will be working alongside a dedicated early years team, supporting young children in their development through high-quality education and care. Role Responsibilities: Support the planning and delivery of engaging EYFS activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment. Promote children’s development through play-based and structured learning activities. Work in partnership with parents and carers to ensure each child’s individual needs are met. Keep accurate records of children’s progress and development. Essential Skills and Experience: A Level 3 Early Years qualification is required. Prior experience working in a UK nursery or primary school setting. A strong understanding of the EYFS framework. Effective communication and teamwork skills. A genuine passion for supporting young children in their early development.
