* Provide personalised mortgage advice tailored to each client's financial situation and goals.

* Analyse financial information to determine the best mortgage options available.
Preferred Requirements:
* In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and underwriting processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Relevant qualifications such as CeMAP or equivalent are preferred as well as CAS Status.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser or similar role in the financial industry.
