Based onsite 5 days per week, with core hours of 9-5 (40 hour working week).
Locke is growing. With new openings across the UK and Europe, we’re at an exciting time in our development. We’re building a community of the culturally curious—across front desk to back office, on-the-ground to behind-the-scenes. The role sits at the sales helm for the North region cluster of Locke properties, combining stabilising open properties with launching new buildings across the region.
Responsibilities
* Develop a local sales plan for each property within the North cluster.
* Deliver and exceed individual and team targets.
* Actively nurture existing relationships while seeking and winning new business.
* Manage key clients, conduct reviews to identify opportunities, and execute development plans to maximise revenue.
* Assist with B2B sales, manage key local accounts, and liaise with the central sales team to engage with key central accounts.
* Identify new and existing leads and liaise with decision makers.
* Keep databases up to date.
* Stay informed about Locke business developments across locations.
* Report to key stakeholders on sales activity.
* Network at events, exhibitions, and conferences to grow relationships.
* Host fam trips, property showcases, sales presentations, and events.
* Participate in training when needed.
What You’ll Need
* 4+ years’ experience in hotel, serviced apartment, or relocation housing sales, ideally across multiple markets.
* Experience managing client portfolios with annual revenues of £3m+.
* Innate customer service skills.
* No-nonsense commercial awareness.
* Problem-solving mindset.
* Determination to deliver on individual and team targets.
* Tenacious and courageous mindset.
* Impeccable planning and organisation.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Understanding of Locke’s business and brand.
* Local knowledge and contacts in the North region.
* Hospitality sales and account management experience in the North.
* Competence in Word, PowerPoint and Excel for sales presentations and reporting.
