Huntsman Consult is seeking an experienced Program Manager to work closely with a global tech client on new‑build data centre sites. The role supports large‑scale projects across the UK and the US, driving delivery excellence and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Support client relationship development through delivery excellence.
* Lead frontend programme management, coordinating the full supply chain, arranging SOWs, and providing procurement recommendations.
* Oversee costs, budgets, and vendor contract requirements.
* Onboard new suppliers, vendors, and contractors, managing contracts and deliverables.
* Chair and record meetings, action key items, and produce monthly status reports.
* Manage programme schedules, risk management, and reporting to the client.
* Capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies.
* Maintain programme resources and documentation tools.
* Support procurement activities as required.
Qualifications
* Construction or technical related degree – Architecture, Construction, Engineering or Surveying.
* Minimum of 5 years’ industry experience.
* Experience in pre‑construction, utility programmes, or development management in a mission‑critical sector.
* Strong programme scheduling, cost control, and stakeholder management skills.
* Knowledge of data centre, built‑environment or infrastructure projects is essential.

* Base salary £60,000‑£70,000 plus discretionary bonus.
