Arthur have partnered with a reputable Lloyds Broker who are seeking a Conduct Risk Analyst to join their growing Compliance team. This is a full time, permanent position reporting into the Conduct Manager and will offer a clear development and progression path.

Main Responsibilities:
* Compliance Conduct MI data for monthly and quarterly meetings
* Assist with BAU Conduct tasks such as; Fair Value Assessments, sitting in POG meetings, assisting with reporting for monthly and quarterly conduct committees, product governance etc
Experience/requirements:
* 1 years experience within a conduct or compliance role, with an understanding of conduct risk within London Market Insurance (Lloyds, MGA, Broker etc)
* A degree is desirable but not essential
* ICA/CII is desirable but not essential
* A keen interest in developing a career within Conduct Risk.
Salary - up to £50,000 DOE (+bonus and benefits)
