Job Title: Deputy Home Manager
Location: Skewen - SA10
Salary: £15.45 - £16.55/hour + £62.64 per sleep in
Ffordd Newydd is a residential transitional Mental Health service supporting six people in their own studio apartments. We focus on person‑centred support, enabling independence and meeting individual needs while building positive outcomes for everyone.
Qualifications and Experience
* Must have NVQ in H&S level 3 or above
* Broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Mental Health and Learning Disabilities
* NVQ / QCF in Health and Social Care Level 3 or above and willing to work towards Level 4
* High level of personal integrity towards providing a high standard of service
* Excellent time management and organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
* Good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice
* Good understanding of commercial principles and practices
