Interim Senior People Administrator
Behind the scenes at PizzaExpress, our people are the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for an experienced Senior People Administrator to join our People Team on an interim basis.
You will play a key role in supporting our people function, especially working with our Regional People Business Partners to support across our restaurants. You’ll be the go-to person for HR administration and compliance, while helping to shape a positive employee experience for our restaurant teams.
Please note, this is an interim opportunity, with some travel involved.
What you’ll already have:
* Previous HR/People administration experience, ideally within hospitality or the restaurant industry.
* Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation.
* Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels.
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work at pace in a dynamic environment.
