About the role We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our BA Practice on a permanent, full-time basis. Our core office base is in Oldham with a hybrid working style, giving flexibility for some home working. In this important role you’ll shape, develop, and own end-to-end business solutions, business analysis activities, and the development and management of business requirements to deliver the benefits identified across projects in our change portfolio. You will have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of projects that span across a range of directorates throughout the business. About you We’re a customer-focussed organisation so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You’ll not only be a knowledgeable Business Analyst with a proven track record of working on a range of projects end-to-end, but you’ll also have great problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills and a passion for what we do as an organisation.
