We are looking for a kind, patient, and reliable Personal Assistant to support a friendly and engaging 30-year-old woman to enjoy an active, fulfilling, and independent lifestyle. This rewarding role would suit someone who is compassionate, encouraging, and enjoys building positive, supportive relationships.
The role involves accompanying her to activities she enjoys, including dog walking, shopping trips, visits to National Trust locations, cafés, and community outings. Support will also include helping her develop confidence and independence with everyday life skills such as cooking and making choices about activities and plans. No two days will be the same, and there will be opportunities to explore new interests and experiences together.
We are looking for someone who can provide gentle guidance, reassurance, and practical support while respecting her individuality and helping her feel comfortable and confident. A calm nature, good sense of humour, and positive attitude are important qualities for this role. Someone who is trustworthy, dependable, and able to build a supportive professional relationship would be highly valued.
This position would suit a caring individual who enjoys supporting others to live independently and make the most of the activities they love. Experience in support work or care is welcome, but a warm and understanding approach is just as important.
If you are someone who enjoys meaningful work and would like to make a genuine difference in another person's day‑to‑day life, we would love to hear from you.
