We are now seeking a Client Support / Operations Administrator to join our busy creative studio. Sitting under the Operations Manager, this is a hands-on role central to supporting day-to-day operations, client communication, and studio administration. It's ideally suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and wants to contribute to meaningful, impactful work.
What you'll do:
* Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing day-to-day administrative support to the Operations Manager and studio team.
* Liaise with clients, handling enquiries, onboarding, and communication to ensure expectations are met and SLAs are delivered.
* Facilitate the upload and download of client files, creating job cards, ensuring accurate spreadsheet and data management.
* Prepare reports, manage data, and provide administrative support to the Operations Manager to aid effective decision-making.
* Use Microsoft Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets, apply formulas, and interpret data.
* Support the production suite when required and coordinate deliveries, manage couriers, and post runs.
* Help ensure studio activities consistently meet agreed quality standards, SLAs, KPIs, and internal compliance requirements.
* Identify and promptly escalate operational risks or issues to the Operations Manager.
* Contribute to a positive, collaborative culture that reflects and supports company values.
What we are looking for:
* At least 3 years previous experience in an administrative, client support, or operations role.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, able to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Advanced IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, with strong Excel capability (formulas, data handling, reporting).
* Proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
* High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling data and client files.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the initiative to identify issues and escalate appropriately.
* A team player who contributes to a collaborative and supportive culture.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
