Bank Catering Assistant – Winfield Hospital - Bank Hours

We are currently seeking an experienced Catering Assistant to join our Bank team.

You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the preparation and delivery of food and beverage services to patients. Your duties will include serving food and drinks, managing dietary requirements, washing cutlery, replenishing hot drinks machines, and explaining daily menus across all meals.

As a Catering Assistant, you will work in a hygienic and methodical manner, maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the hospital in accordance with policies.

Shift patterns on a Bank contract include shifts over seven days: 7:00 am - 1:30 pm, 1:30 pm - 7:00 pm, or 8:00 am - 2:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm.

Who we're looking for

Ideally, you will have experience as a Catering Assistant in healthcare or a similar industry, with demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role. You should be able to work independently, possess a positive and flexible approach to customer service, and have strong communication skills.
