The Role
The marketing team at WORKTECH Events comprises two Event Assistants, an Events Marketing Coordinator, Senior Events Marketing Coordinator and a Head of Marketing.
As the Events Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for devising, delivering, monitoring and reporting on marketing campaigns for approximately 12 events in our global series, with a focus on the UK, Europe and Southwest Asia (the Middle East). You will work closely with the Event Assistants, logistics and sales teams and the two Conference Producers responsible for programming events in those regions.
You'll be joining UNWIRED Ventures - a dynamic forward-thinking organisation based close to Kingston upon Thames in Southwest London. With an international conference series taking place in over 40 leading cities around the world, we are the industry leader in research, publishing and events on the future of work.

Responsibilities
* Devising, delivering, monitoring and reporting on event marketing campaigns against targets.
* Maintaining clean and up-to-date prospect databases.
* Researching and creating audience segments relevant to your events.
* Creating impactful and engaging copy, appropriate for our target markets.
* Maintaining the WORKTECH brand across all platforms.
* Supporting the management of the WORKTECH website, creating and maintaining a repository of digital assets.
* Working with the Event Assistants to develop and report on social media campaigns to promote events.
* Maintain strong relationships with sponsors, ambassadors, press and media partners.
Requirements
* At least three years' experience in marketing, preferably in events.
* Experience with CMS systems (WordPress), CRM (Salesforce), social media channels (primarily LinkedIn), bulk email providers (Pardot Plus/Account Engagement), social media schedulers (Hootsuite, Sprout Social), lead prospecting (Apollo), and experience analysing data (GA4).
Skills And Characteristics
* IT literate and quick to adopt new technologies.
* Design skills and knowledge of editing software, with experience creating professional promotional materials.
* Proactive, able to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
* Hands-on experience with strategic and tactical use of AI tools, including prompt development.
* Highly organised and professional.
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Effective time and project management skills.

* Salary package: £32k-35k per annum including bonus and depending on experience
