Service Delivery Coordinator - Fixed Days - 09:00 - 17:00
As a Service Delivery Coordinator your role is to ensure that the delivery of the customer
expectations is met through exceptional customer service, ensuring orders are delivered on time
and in full. This will be achieved by working with your internal teams and managing relationships
with third party logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily service delivery operations, ensuring orders are processed, tracked, and delivered on time.
* Communicate with customers, warehouse, and transport partners to resolve any delivery or order issues promptly.
* Prepare and manage documentation such as pick notes, shipping details, and delivery trackers.
* Support team members by providing guidance, training, and feedback to maintain high performance.
* Monitor and review processes to identify improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
* Assist with quotations, purchase orders, and invoicing to ensure all customer accounts run smoothly.
* Uphold health, safety, and quality standards across all operations.

Pay Rates for Service Delivery Coordinator:
* Monday to Friday £14.94
