We're recruiting for a Receptionist to join a professional organisation within the financial services industry. This is a key front-of-house role where you'll help deliver a first-class client and office experience.
The Role - Receptionist
* Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors
* Provide a welcoming and professional front-of-house service
* Manage meeting rooms, refreshments, and office presentation
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
* Support day-to-day administrative tasks across the business
* Maintain and update CRM/data systems (training provided)
* Assist with post, deliveries, and general office coordination
Key Skills & Experience - Receptionist
* Some office experience required
* Personality - someone who is a strong communicator, highly professional and quick leaner
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Professional, proactive, and able to multitask
* Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment

* Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
