What does this role involve?
As a Store Manageryou will be accountable for your stores performance, maximising sales through physical and digital channels, and achieving storetargets by leading an inclusive and diverse team that consistently demonstrate the BHF values.
Each day is different in this varied, fast paced and hands on role. Due to the volume ofcollections, deliveriesand donations, it can be physically demanding at times, yet mostrewarding as you play a part in helping to fund life saving research.
What are we looking for?
1. Experience working in a customer facing role in retail, hospitality or service industry
2. Experience of leading, motivating and developing teams
