The Role
In this role you will be responsible for:
1. Supporting the HR team, in particular the Learning and Development needs of the organisation, for example you would be creating and delivering Learning Strategy and execution roadmaps, to deliver against the learning strategy currently in place.
2. Defining key learning objectives and training needs with partners in different areas of the organisation, and managing the execution of training plans, assessing progress and initiating corrective action as necessary to rectify deviations

To apply to this role you should have the following experience:
3. At least 5 years experience working directly within a Learning & Development role
4. Experience performing training needs assessments, L&D strategy development and execution.
5. Excellent presentation skills and strong organisational skills.
