About the Role
As Food Hall Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the department, bringing creativity, organisation, and commercial awareness to everything you do.
You'll:
Oversee the smooth operation of the farm shop, ensuring it's always well-presented and fully stocked.
Work closely with local and regional suppliers, sourcing new and exciting products that reflect the seasons.
Create inspiring displays that showcase produce beautifully and encourage customers to try something new.
Keep an eye on performance, stock levels, and margins, finding smart ways to drive sales and reduce waste.
Lead and support a small, friendly team - helping them grow in confidence and deliver excellent service.
The Ideal Candidate
You'll have experience in farm shop, deli, or food retail management, with a good eye for detail and a genuine love for food and people. You'll bring:
A commercial mindset, with the ability to manage budgets, stock, and seasonal ranges effectively.
A creative touch when it comes to displays, presentation, and product selection.
Confidence in building relationships with local suppliers and discovering new products.
Natural leadership skills - approachable, supportive, and inspiring to work with.
