Role Overview
Support the store management team in driving sales and profit by delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. Demonstrate and uphold the company’s values, vision, and adherence to procedures and policies.
Responsibilities
* Offer expert advice to customers about The Body Shop products and philosophy.
* Provide an inspirational insight into product origins, sustainability, and community trade programs.
* Engage customers proactively to recommend products that suit their preferences and lifestyle.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and meet daily sales targets.
* Support the store management team in sales and profit objectives.
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry.
* Open availability for weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts.
