IT Business Reporting Analyst
London | 4 days office / 1 day WFH | £45,000 + 20% bonus & benefits
We’re hiring an IT Business Reporting Analyst to join a growing retail organisation at a key transformation point.
This is an urgent replacement hire and the role offers the chance to take ownership of the reporting and data platform while leading a major modernisation programme — including migrating from a legacy SQL data warehouse to Microsoft Fabric.
If you enjoy combining hands-on BI/reporting work with data platform improvement and strategy, this role offers real ownership and visibility across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead the migration from a legacy SQL data warehouse to Microsoft Fabric
* Redesign and remodel the data structure and business rules
* Maintain and optimise the current SQL Server + Power BI reporting environment
* Define future data strategy, governance and best practices
* Partner with stakeholders across Retail, Operations and Finance
* Support future advanced analytics/ML initiatives where relevant
What They’re Looking For
* Strong data platform management & reporting experience
* Power BI dashboard development
* Solid SQL skills
* Experience deploying and maintaining reporting solutions
* Interest in building predictive or advanced analytics solutions
Power BI is essential. Tableau experience is fine if you’re happy to transition. Cloud (AWS/Azure) experience is helpful but not required.

Salary & Benefits
* £42,000–£45,000
* Performance bonus scheme up to 25%
* 4 days in office / 1 day remote (flexible scheduling)
* Core hours: 10am–3pm
* Early finish on Fridays
