Job Overview

Brilliant Group is a growing, family-owned business operating in the financial services industry with a particular focus on mortgages. We are an award-winning business with an excellent reputation within the sector due to our positive attitude and customer first ethos. The company operates nationally with its head office based in Swansea. Due to growth, we are expanding our marketing team.

A working knowledge of mortgages is not required; however, a positive attitude and eagerness to learn is vital. The ideal candidate will be pro-active in their approach and open minded to the ideas of others. Their primary motivation will be to do the right thing by our clients and partners, along with wanting to drive the success of the company.

We are currently looking for someone who can work 9am to 5:30pm for 3 or 4 days a week.

Duties

· Updating and maintenance of the website, social media accounts and live chat.

· Consult with key accounts to assist in organising bespoke events; organise email campaigns to promote, ensure stakeholders are aware and attending, promote on social media, coordinate with venues, communicate with sales team .

· Collate marketing materials from multiple sources.

· Supporting sales team with data, content and information pre and post events.

· Assist in the delivery of forward-thinking ideas to promote campaigns in line with the industry.

· Working to strict timelines to ensure campaigns and marketing plans are completed in time and in line with the objectives outlined.

· Build and maintain an understanding of the industry, in addition to an understanding of the products & services available.

· Completion of any marketing administrative work as needed

· General office support. This can include the tidiness of the office, stocks of supplies, door answering and meeting and greeting.

· Answering the phone for Finance, Sales and Marketing and be an overflow for other departments.

· Supporting other areas of the business in a variety of tasks as and when needed.

· Monitoring group email as well as own inbox and ensuring responses made within Company service standards.

Desirable Skills

· Marketing qualifications

· Digital marketing experience

· Ability to use Microsoft applications - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams

· HTML and knowledge of emailer systems

· Ability to use WordPress

· Experience with Canva

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
