A UK-based startup accelerator & pre-seed venture capital firm supporting early-stage tech founders is looking for a highly organized Remote Executive Assistant to support senior leadership.
What you’ll do:
* Manage executive calendars, meetings & inboxes
* Coordinate across founders, investors & partners
* Prepare reports, presentations & meeting notes
* Track tasks, deadlines & follow-ups
* Provide reliable day-to-day executive support in a fast-paced environment
* Support senior executives with scheduling and coordination
* Manage emails, meetings, and reports
* Liaise with founders, investors, and partners
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
* 3–5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
* Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
* Strong communication & organizational skills
* Comfortable working remotely and across time zones
* Experience supporting senior executives (startup/VC exposure is a plus)
* Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office & collaboration tools
